Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly inventory control reports for field and corporate management.
Reconcile year-end physical inventory and provide results to store managers, district managers, and retail executives.
Review shipping and receiving discrepancies and work with the stores, warehouse, and IT to correct transactions where needed.
Monitor inventory transfers and returns to ensure accuracy of the transactions.
Ensure that receiving is completed by store and warehouse personnel in a timely manner and discrepancies are resolved.
Work with cross-functional teams, train staff and store personnel on inventory processes.
Develop and update procedures for the stores and warehouse for all inventory transactions.
Make recommendations to improve processes and efficiencies where possible.

Required
2-3 years of Accounting and/or Inventory Control experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of Inventory Accounting Systems
Able to use critical thinking to identify issues and seek ways to solve them
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks
