Responsibilities
Manages relationships with business stakeholders, providing ongoing service support.
Responsible for providing external communication support for assigned line of business, including overseeing important product, technology, and service communications and updates.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize the agent and customer communication experience while representing The Hanover brand.
Contributes to and generates ideas for marketing communication strategies through participation in design, development, and delivery initiatives.
Participates in the design and development of marketing communication and sales promotional materials.
Responsible for maintenance of collateral across various marketing assets.
Attends onsite employer-client events as requested.
Conducts and assists with meeting presentations.
Implements effective communication plans.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies.

Required
Typically has 1-3 years related experience.
Minimum associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and/or other Desktop Publishing software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using generative AI such as co-pilot or ChatGPT.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within established deadlines.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively within a changing environment.
Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas.
Applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the particular field or specialization.
Works to achieve established goals with limited supervision.
