Responsibilities
Managing all phases of architectural projects from conception to construction administration.
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Creating detailed project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation.
Developing and maintaining construction documents using Revit and other design software.
Ensuring that all building architecture meets local, state, and federal regulations.
Reviewing and approving architectural designs and plans.
Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conducting post-project evaluations to determine areas for future improvement.

Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project management.
Proficiency in Revit and experience in creating construction documents is required.
Strong knowledge of building architecture and understanding of local, state, and federal building regulations.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and delays that may arise during the construction process.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred
A Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
A professional license in architecture is a plus.
