Responsibilities
Work with supply chain team to gather data requirements and conduct analysis for improving supply chain operations.
Track, analyze, and distribute supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Lead Network Capacity Planning analysis and develop supply models for optimal decision-making.
Develop Market Analysis for target products and customers.
Support Strategic Initiatives with cost/benefit analysis for CAPEX investment.
Collaborate with various teams to enhance supply chain reporting capabilities and identify underperforming areas.
Identify and suggest improvements in the supply chain to meet customer needs.

Required
A bachelor's degree in business or engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of supply chain management or analytics experience.
Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving.
Focus on supply chain management or Industrial Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
Prior Experience in Chemical Industry Supply Chain or Operations.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, v-lookups).
APICS or similar Supply Chain Certification is a plus.
Basic knowledge of databases, query/reporting and SQL is a plus.
Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences and build and maintain positive relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and written communication skills.
Candidates are required to have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred
Prior experience with SAP is a plus.
Prior experience with demand/supply/schedule planning software is a plus.
Must have excellent Microsoft Excel Skills.
