Responsibilities
Compile research and background information for each project
Read scripts and/or watch screeners to create a clear synopsis and brief for each project
Build binders for new projects and make folders on the server
Download and catalogue assets
Gather all collateral from the client for review
Assist in note-taking and transcribing for client calls and in-studio crits
Save research and client-provided information to the server
Assist in the creation and proofing of presentations
Work closely with the Studio Manager and production team to make sure all outgoing presentations packages are sent out in a timely manner to clients
Assist in printing and packaging deliverables as needed
Answer phones and take detailed messages
Responsible for ordering food for staff and management team if needed

Required
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar position and environment (creative/marketing studio)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Team Player
Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
Strong strategic, analytical and critical problem-solving skills
Thinks ahead and is a good planner
Previous experience within an entertainment studio; capability in maintaining confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in all aspects of position
Preferred
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
