Responsibilities

Review monthly financial results and performance variance analysis against budget and forecast

Build reports, decks, and dashboards for internal financial reporting and processes

Deeply understand business drivers and implications on the future

Improve operational processes and reporting through systems and automation

Collaborate with Accounting, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, and Business Systems teams on ad hoc projects

Required

3-5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of Corporate FP&A or Investment Banking or Accounting experience preferred

Mastery of financial modeling (3-statement, NPV, DCF) and spreadsheet functionality

Working knowledge of GAAP

Ability to establish productive relationships with senior leaders within the company including department heads, Managing Directors, and other executives

Ability to pull insights out of large data sets, preferably using tools/skills like SQL, Looker, Tableau, etc.

Preferred

2+ years of Corporate FP&A or Investment Banking or Accounting experience

Prior use of enterprise software similar to NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), or Adaptive Insights (CPM) is a plus
