Responsibilities
Lead a key vertical segment of B2B distribution.
Build a pipeline of enterprise partners and focus on creating exceptional user experiences.
Serve as the primary contact for maintaining and growing relationships with B2B partners.
Set the direction for B2B distribution and interpret partner needs.
Ensure Root’s capabilities align with partner requirements and expectations.
Contribute to B2B distribution documentation and provide feedback to internal teams.
Measure feasibility of partner requests and recommend creative solutions.
Engage with senior leaders for strategic decisions and complex problems.
Drive operational excellence in partner management and challenge the status quo.
Present to a wide range of stakeholders and be willing to travel.

Required
8+ years experience in sales leadership (e.g. sales leadership, partner management, sales operations, marketing, product, data & analytics)
5+ years experience in direct enterprise sales, enterprise partner management, or consulting for enterprise clients on behalf of a large enterprise
Experience in business to business distribution programs
Experience in business to business partner management
Preferred
Understanding of embedded insurance use cases a plus
