Responsibilities

Inputs and analyzes data received from external sources to ensure accuracy for decision-making.

Maintains product, cost, price matrices, employee hierarchy, vendor, and customer files.

Identifies automation opportunities to enhance productivity and minimize errors.

Investigates discrepancies, corrects processes, and implements changes.

Resolves missing or inconsistent information in data analysis.

Provides general guidance to junior personnel.

Monitors compliance to standards and develops tools for the same.

Required

BS/BA in a related discipline

2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field

Certification is required in some areas

Preferred

100% Remote working 8-5 Eastern time zone hours (must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone)

2-5 years in data analysis (purchasing, supply chain, product management, or logistics experience is preferred)

The activities of this role are 40% functional 60% technical

Strong business orientation is required

Strong Communication Skills are required

Strong Excel skills are required

Master Data Management (MDM) tool experience is preferred

Oracle experience is preferred

Smartsheet experience is nice to have
