Responsibilities
Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
Prepare reports on operating efficiencies and failure investigation tests.
Perform tests on plant systems to determine equipment efficiencies.
Assist in maintaining plant compliance with environmental and quality regulations.
Work with equipment suppliers, plant staff, and Process Area Teams for successful plant operation.
Initiate and implement plant improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
Provide technical expertise and knowledge to plant personnel.
Identify, recommend, and implement projects to improve quality and reduce operating costs.

Required
Must have at least a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in the use of the FLSmidth PXP System
At least 5 years of experience working with Data Management software such as ABB to store and provide reports related to quality and process analysis
At least 5 years of experience in Mining Automation Processes
