Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned lead to closing deals.
Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts within the Account Executive’s pipeline.
Make 50+ daily cold calls.
Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and data.
Create new sales opportunities by asking for referrals.
Use Salesforce for maintaining records and reports.
Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services.
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution.

Required
Prior sales experience
Outbound cold-calling experience
Proven success in prospecting new markets and closing new business
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficient with Salesforce, calling tools and Gong
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Team player and coachable mentality
