Responsibilities

Gather project information such as schedules, assignments, tasks, and project meeting calendars. Disseminates information to Program Managers, Project Managers, and other project team members.
Work with project team members in developing comprehensive workflow processes, tasks, and project assignments.
Monitor project schedules, review and modify schedules with Program Manager/Project Manager approval.
Maintain document control, track project activities and project team communication.
Assist Program Managers and Project Managers in coordinating strategic and operational meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
Schedule project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and publish approved communications to project stakeholders, including project plans, and project status reports.
Work with Program Managers and Project Managers to develop presentations and written correspondence.
Order project-related supplies and materials and perform general office duties.
Assists the Project Manager with project financials such as, change orders and project forecasting.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1-4 years of experience in a projects-related role and/or administrative support role, preferably with oil and gas pipeline projects.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Problem Solving – Identify problems and work creatively in a team environment to resolve them.
Flexibility – Respond in a flexible manner to issues; reprioritize work as the situation demands.
Communication – Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Read and interpret communication styles of team members and clients who come from both technical and non-technical disciplines.
Organization – Manage competing demands; organize workload to efficiently utilize time.
Software – Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Proficient in use of Primavera preferred.
Teamwork – Elicit feedback and cooperation from a wide variety of sources, project team members, other internal resources, and client representatives.
Quality Focus – Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve the quality of project deliverables.
A drive to succeed in a team environment.
The ability to provide superior service.
