Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that uses market data and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine strategies and boost revenue impact.

Monitor and share valuable industry insights across the organization.

Develop and execute a market-specific event strategy.

Create housing-market specific content including trends reports and digital marketing campaigns.

Leverage AI and intent marketing to optimize targeting and conversion.

Measure and report marketing effectiveness to inform strategy.

Required

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.

Proven ability to independently execute marketing plans.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market and revenue data.

Superior content creation and copywriting skills.

Ability to identify industry trends and prioritize opportunities.

Undergraduate degree a must, MBA a plus

Preferably located in Southern California within driving distance to Costa Mesa
