Responsibilities

Typing, filing, data entry, and answering phones.

Managing travel arrangements and obtaining supplies.

Running and preparing reports, working on special projects, and creating presentations.

Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, composing letters, memos, and proposals.

Communicating with executives and interacting with diverse groups of internal and external customers.

Using independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.

Recommending changes in office practices or procedures.

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum 2 years' administrative experience

Ability to keep confidential matters regarding our business and partners in full confidence

Ability to meet pending deadlines, prioritize work and emergency work requests
