Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for standard and special devices.
Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment needed for testing and evaluating devices.
Specify parameters for sample testing and define tests to be performed.
Compile data from tests and analyze results to recommend changes to testing equipment, procedures, and manufacturing processes.
Develop technical specifications and documentation for testing procedures and results.
Conduct testing of all customer samples and manage special tests that cannot be performed in the general test area.
Ensure testing routines comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new testing methods and improve existing ones.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for testing equipment and procedures.
Maintain comprehensive records of all testing activities and results.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of full-time professional experience in test engineering, electronic design, mechanical design, or related fields.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Strong understanding of information processing hardware, including computer chips, circuit boards, and computer systems.
Proficient in developing technical specifications and analyzing hardware configurations and processing solutions.
Experience in establishing and conducting testing routines for hardware conformance to specifications.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred
Experience with system requirement elicitation, definition, and functional allocation to hardware and software segments and components.
Experience developing and conducting integration plans and procedures for software and hardware integration tests.
Responsible for integration execution and preparation of test reports.
Experience performing integration and formal test analysis and document results for selloff of requirements.
Experience supporting the planning, execution, analysis, reporting, system evaluation, and field support for the Test and Evaluation at the system level to include strategic, space, and missile warning missions.
Experience with Combatant Command and Service Level operations and acquisition directorates.
Experience participating, preparing, and executing comprehensive subsystem and enterprise-level test plans and procedures.
Documenting test requirements and methodologies in the requirements management system.
