Responsibilities
Direct Response Advertising: Manage and scale profitable lead generation advertising efforts.
Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive marketing reports, and manage analytics to track and optimize performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Development teams to support and grow key company initiatives.
Ad Creative Management: Manage ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to identify and utilize the most effective ad variations.
Bid Management: Oversee and adjust bids to ensure cost-effective spending and maximized ROI.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
Identify New Opportunities: Drive revenue and profit growth - including new traffic sources, new verticals, strategic hires, etc.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Media Buying.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage marketing analytics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to think like a business owner.
Proven ability to build and lead a team as well as work independently.
Expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising and search engine marketing.
Proficiency in using various advertising platforms and tools.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Preferred
Experience in the lead generation industry is highly desirable.
