Responsibilities

Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA and certified cost or pricing data, such as compliance with internal company policies, Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM), FAR, CAS, solicitation requirements, and address deviations.

Assess input, document from proposal team members, and advise for sufficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Offices, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR on specific proposals and portfolio processes.

Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations.

Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate.

Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts.
