Responsibilities
Conduct research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodologies (may include ethnographic, interview, participatory workshops and usability).
Proactively communicate and share research findings with team members, executives, and other audiences in compelling, actionable, and engaging ways.
Lead research projects from beginning to end (including recruiting, moderation and report writing both independently and with vendor partners) both independently and in partnership with a senior researcher.
Collaborate with different disciplines to set vision, inform strategy, and guide implementation across the Monetization organization.
Be the advocate for business users while balancing the needs of cross-functional partners’ perspectives and the company’s results.

Required
3+ years industry experience designing and conducting end-to-end product research (from recruitment through final deliverable) in complex product domains (e.g. ads, shopping, business, fintech)
Experience contributing to cross-functional teams to drive changes with research insights, excellent communication and collaboration skills
Curiosity, self-awareness, humility, and a drive for growth, learning, and sharing knowledge
Passion for improving the product and team culture
Preferred
Familiarity with surveys and quantitative data analysis is a plus
