Responsibilities
Design & Development: Create resilient civil engineering solutions from concept to construction, focusing on adaptability and long-term sustainability.
Documentation: Collaborate on and develop reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner to meet client requirements.
Modeling & Optimization: Utilize Civil3D, perform design optimizations, quantity evaluations, and clash detections.
Lead: Drive projects forward, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction while developing your project management skills.
Coordination: Partner with internal and external experts across various disciplines, including geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, and environmental engineering.
Advisory: Collaborate with a diverse team of experts from fields such as Economics, Sustainability, Mobility, Energy, and Public Engagement to develop holistic solutions that address complex infrastructure challenges and drive positive change for our clients and communities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2-4 years in civil engineering projects
EIT required
Proficient in Civil3D, GIS, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, utility design, grading, and earthwork
Dedication to sustainable and green infrastructure practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work independently and drive interdisciplinary projects
Preferred
PE license or progression towards PE
