Responsibilities

Design and develop software drivers and applications for advanced cyber applications.
Process digital signals to create innovative solutions.
Work on client/server applications and analyze and implement both legacy and current processor technologies.
Integrate various operating systems, architectures, and interfaces.
Develop robust embedded software using Assembly and high-level programming languages.
Reverse engineer software/code to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.
Communicate work status, collaborate with peers, and conduct thorough peer reviews of software.

Required

Three (3) years of experience in software and firmware design, development, and testing, including writing clear, concise, functioning, and fully commented code
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of expertise (e.g., Engineering, Physical Science, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering) from an accredited college or university
Proficiency in developing code using Assembly and high-level programming languages
Experience in developing embedded software and software drivers
Strong understanding of digital signal processing and client/server applications
Ability to analyze and implement legacy and current processor technology
Familiarity with operating systems, architectures, and interfaces
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the status of work and collaborate with peers
Ability to conduct peer reviews of software
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Preferred

Master’s degree in a relevant field of expertise, which may be substituted for two (2) years of experience
Experience in reverse engineering software/code
Strong analytical skills for implementing complex systems
Additional four (4) years of experience in software and firmware design, development, and testing may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
Familiarity with various programming languages and tools used in embedded systems development
Knowledge of current industry trends and technologies in embedded systems and cybersecurity
