Responsibilities
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to support sales and revenue objectives
Assist in the development of executive and board level presentations
Evaluate financial performance of the company, key drivers and KPIs
Build, maintain and improve financial and sales models to budget, measure and forecast performance
Assist with establishing and maintaining relevant financial metrics to be provided as a dashboard for senior management and business partners
Create performance scorecards with visualizations to track changes in key business and sales metrics
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports illustrating productivity and realization on active engagements
Actively manage and analyze the firm’s revenue pipeline of prospective, current, and won engagements across multiple practice lines
Perform ad hoc analysis to provide recommendations on how to solve business issues as they arise
Build 3-statement financial models for forecasting, M&A and strategic investments

Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from a top four-year college or university
2–4 years of investment banking, management consulting, private equity or similar corporate development experience (e.g., business operations at a startup, driving change in a company)
Advanced skills in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using accounting software and Business Intelligence tools is a plus
Executive presence / maturity
Exceptional critical thinking skills, ability to decompose complex problems, prioritize issues, and implement sensible solutions
Financial modeling and budgeting expertise
