Responsibilities
Evaluate, develop, and implement strategic marketing plans for new customer acquisition opportunities.
Maintain an understanding of operational drivers within property management to drive resident acquisition efforts.
Oversee initiatives related to listing operations management and collaborate with internal teams.
Enhance the digital decision journey for prospective residents through email campaigns and website interactions.
Manage and mentor Marketing associates to foster a high-performing team culture.
Understand prospect and resident behaviors, market insights, and operational dynamics to support business growth.
Lead and contribute to special strategic projects and programs.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with a proven track record of 10+ years in marketing, strategy and/or customer acquisition.
Strategic thinker with strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Track record of delivering results in a fast-faced environment.
Significant experience in collaboration with internal teams, ability to influence without authority.
Leadership experience including team development.
Expertise in leading integrated, multi-channel consumer marketing initiative.
