Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end experiences for digital banking applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and feedback.

Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to illustrate design concepts.

Advocate for design principles within the organization.

Interact effectively with teams in different geographies.

Required

A minimum of 2+ years of experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile applications

Bachelor Degree in Design, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)

Ability to communicate your designs to stakeholders and other designers

Receive feedback with open arms and an open mind

Produce compelling designs to illustrate concepts iteratively through sketches, site maps, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes

Cross-cultural skills and an ability to interact effectively with teams in different geographies

Keen interest in advocating for design as a whole to the rest of the organization
