Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver complex R&D projects within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration, effective communication, and cross-functional coordination.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resource requirements, and timelines.
Identify potential project risks, issues, and obstacles and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Implement robust project tracking and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones achieved.
Facilitate smooth change management, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure buy-in for project adjustments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the R&D department by identifying areas for optimization, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, business administration) or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex R&D projects from initiation to completion
Understanding of research and development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced R&D environment.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within the context of project management.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to R&D projects.
Preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking is preferred.
