Responsibilities

Analyze operational and programmatic data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and cross-selling.
Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to partners on ways to optimize performance and achieve their goals.
Lead partner discussions and presentations, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and progress reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, sales, marketing, and product development, to implement partner strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring that partner goals are met or exceeded.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to partners.
Willingness to flex time to be available for partner calls.

Required

Two or more (2+) years of programmatic technical account management experience in the rewarded experiences industry is required.
Proven experience in account management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners at all levels, especially technical content.
Partner-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience is highly preferred.
Skilled in data analysis with tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, Sigma, Metabase, etc
Prior experience tracking client relationships and deals in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub)
