Analyze training results using evaluation methodologies and refine training programs accordingly.

Required

5+ years of experience with developing instructor-led, self-paced, and e-learning courses using defined instructional design methodologies

5+ years of experience with learning analytics and data gathering techniques, developing strategies or solutions for learning needs, designing and developing innovative and engaging learning solutions, supporting implementation or launch of training programs, evaluating learning success, and incorporating improvements and revisions

5+ years of experience in instructional design and andragogy

Experience using graphics and visuals to supplement learning

Experience engaging with and communicating respectfully with clients

Knowledge of eLearning development tools

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree
