Responsibilities

Align project sponsors and stakeholders on project objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline through a standardized project framing exercise.

Facilitate project stakeholder identification and subsequent engagement activities to ensure that all the right people are involved and informed.

Develop and maintain project plans utilizing a standardized Smartsheets framework with discreet tasks, assigned owners, due dates, and appropriate dependencies; work with relevant subject matter experts to ensure project plan will achieve project frame objectives.

Communicate tasks with owners and gain buy-in to ownership and due date; follow up on overdue tasks.

Create MSTeams integration for project collaboration.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with multi-department resources and steer consensus; identify the implication of emerging needs, changes in scope and decisions needed by senior management.

Act as a communication liaison between project teams and senior management for project status updates, issue escalations and key decision points.

Other duties as assigned.

Required

Experience with MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Ability to learn new technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with subject matter experts to translate high-level project objectives into discreet sequential tasks that will achieve those objectives

Works well in teams and is an active listener

Strong organizational skills including meeting facilitation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

Ability to facilitate consensus even when the topic is not an area of personal subject matter expertise

Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders

Strong sense of personal accountability in maintaining project progress per priorities

Demonstrate patience and courteous behavior

Project management experience

7+ years corporate experience

2+ years project management experience

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

Preferred

Experience with Smartsheets is preferred, but not required, as candidate may be trained
