Responsibilities

Support marketing and sales/business development efforts such as client qualifications, proposals, resumes/CVs, and project profiles.

Maintain company database of customer relations and coordinate trade shows, exhibits, and seminars.

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials like statements of qualifications, proposals, follow-up letters, brochures, blogs, press releases, and media packages.

Support collection, maintenance, and updating of marketing data in company accounting software.

Organize promotional activities such as Business Development meetings, open house parties, speeches, and seminars.

Track conference milestones, maintain inventory of booths and promotional items, and make arrangements for exhibit registrations and promotional materials.

Support close out process of proposals, compile data from questionnaires, and assist in market research and analysis.

Maintain slide and photograph files, resumes, project descriptions, and client mailing lists.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
