Responsibilities
Gather, prepare, and analyze user requirements to create complex reports and dashboards using enterprise data systems.
Develop end-user education strategies and provide detailed ad hoc analysis for hospital departments.
Continually develop professional skills, maintain Epic certifications, and expand communication skills for translating customer requirements into BI solutions.
Manage project tasks, balance multiple assignments, and serve as a project manager for complex projects.
Analyze BI requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems with urgency. Coordinate communication between internal and external parties.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
Preferred
Epic Resolute certification
5-7 years of experience in SQL querying, report writing, and dashboard development in PowerBI
3+ years of experience with Epic Cogito reporting tools
3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management or Decision Support experience
Experience with Quality Improvement and Lean concepts
MBA or solid understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts
