Responsibilities

Act as an internal consultant providing recommendations on value-based arrangements to regional and system executive clients.

Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs.

Develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk in the system and regions' risk arrangement portfolio.

Gain actionable insights from internal tools and other population health sources to provide thought leadership to service areas.

Ensure successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners and OKRs within the team's performance management structure.
