Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.

Ensure projects align with clients' business objectives.

Coordinate, write, edit, and prepare marketing materials like proposals, press releases, and project descriptions.

Collaborate with various teams to support marketing activities.

Engage in PR activities such as writing press releases and organizing events.

Maintain databases and internal content files.

Input marketing and sales data into the company tracking system.

Provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Occasional travel may be required.

Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Marketing preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required. Marketing experience preferably with an engineering, architecture, or construction firm preferred.

1 year of professional writing experience required; preferably for an engineering, architectural, or construction firm.

Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Valid Driver’s License.
