Responsibilities

Prepares various types of correspondence and documents independently or from instructions.

Acts as a liaison between executives, managers, and visitors, schedules appointments, and handles inquiries.

Maintains office supplies, assists in budget development, and ensures accurate filing systems.

Provides administrative support, coordinates meetings, and assists in training subordinate staff.

Supports leadership by organizing meetings, events, and company celebrations.

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Four years of administrative support experience, including one year supporting executive-level management

Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) (preferred)

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
