Responsibilities

Lead testing initiatives throughout the SDLC from test planning, test design, test execution, and test reporting
Define test strategy, plan timelines, and coordinate testing across multiple teams and environments
Identify testing dependencies
Ability to analyze and triage defects and route to correct team
Communicate regarding testing status, results, and defect tracking
Innovate in automation, Agile, and continuous testing practices
Participate in the review of QA procedures and processes and provide recommendations for improvement
Ability to analyze and triage defects and route to correct team

Required

7+ years software test experience
Experience in mobile (iOS and Android) and web test automation
Experience with Agile testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with API testing using Postman
Understanding of web technologies, including web services, web application servers and RESTful APIs
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to be highly flexible to quickly changing business needs and new technologies
Ability to proactively reassess business needs and make suggestions to meet those needs
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or other Technology related field or relevant work experience

Preferred

Experience leading large enterprise wide testing projects
Experience with Shift Left testing methodology and overall SDLC
