Responsibilities

Inputs and analyzes data received from external sources to ensure accurate and validated data is available for decision making and customer service.

Maintains product, cost, price, employee, vendor, and customer files.

Identifies opportunities to automate processes, minimize errors, and maximize productivity.

Determines root cause for discrepancies, corrects processes, and implements change.

Resolves missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in data analysis.

Required

BS/BA in a related discipline

2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field

Certification is required in some areas

3+ years’ experience reviewing customer, credit/AR, or marketing data for accuracy, uphold data integrity, and interact with our cross functional customers to resolve data issues - REQUIRED

Intermediate Excel skills (proficiency using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) - REQUIRED

Preferred

100% REMOTE working Eastern or Central time zone hours
