Responsibilities

Possess and maintain a required MD 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Central Plant Equipment, HVAC systems, and building automation systems.

Have working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers).

Required

Must possess and maintain a required MD 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License

Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC systems, building automation systems and facility maintenance

Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial mechanical systems

High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required
