Responsibilities
Monitor bank activity for payments to record/apply to customer accounts.
Provide invoice copies and payment receipts upon request.
Cross-reference multiple systems for day-to-day operations.
Reconcile open account balances and provide detailed analyses.
Manage a high volume of member and internal email inquiries.
Contact clients/customers with account open balances to collect payment.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or management related discipline.
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in an efficient manner.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Self-directed, detailed, and highly organized.
Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with remote employees/employees and clients based throughout the US.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle products (NetSuite), Salesforce.com & JPMorgan software.
1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.
Moderate degree of self-sufficiency and workload independence.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt with process changes/implementations.
