Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the ERP upgrade, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess system readiness, and identify potential risks and dependencies.
Lead the execution of the upgrade plan, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and internal policies.
Manage stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
Facilitate testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality and performance of the upgraded ERP system.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and configuration of the upgraded ERP environment.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the upgraded ERP platform.
Standardize business processes across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging the upgraded ERP platform's capabilities to improve business processes and decision making.
Promote and ensure user adoption of the new ERP system through effective change management, training programs, and continuous support.
Design a scalable ERP landscape that can support the organization's future growth and evolving business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP processes, enhance system performance, and maximize the value derived from the upgraded platform.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related business field
Minimum of 12 years of project management and ERP program management experience
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong logical and analytical thinker
Detail oriented, pays attention to detail during requirements gathering
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
Self-directed with the ability to operate under limited supervision
Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends
Travel may be required (10%) – domestically and internationally
