Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineers, Front-end developers and Product owners to refine and iterate on the design of the platform.

Utilize Figma to develop and prototype features and improvements.

Contribute to the existing component library and design system for consistency.

Leverage usability data and conduct user research to gather insights.

Translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.

Design visually appealing and functional solutions for desktop and mobile devices.

Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

At least 3 years of experience in Web, Mobile and Customer facing User Experience and User Interface design.

Proficiency in Figma, including a strong understanding of the Auto-layouts, Variables, and Tokens with a broad experience working with component libraries.

A portfolio that demonstrates a strong foundation in UX design principles and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to look at a screenshot of an interface and immediately tell if spacing, alignment and padding around a particular div is off.

Experience designing for multiple devices (desktop and mobile) and platforms.

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing usability issues while being the voice of the user.
