Responsibilities
Develops detailed test descriptions/procedures, test plans, and/or test reports.
Sets up required test beds, creates or assists in creating test automation, and tests software releases.
Records bugs/issues during tests and drafts required issue documentation.
Participates in technical peer reviews and design reviews for software changes.
Provides engineering expertise to support designing and presenting software changes.
Interfaces with software coders and System Engineers responsible for requirements.
Supports development of test cases, maintains source code for test tools, executes test cases, and reviews test results.
Conducts research and investigates Problem Reports (PRs) to correct defects.
Troubleshoots failed automated tests and contributes to work item development.
Learns and utilizes project technologies for in-depth error root cause analysis.

Required
Requires five to ten (3-5) years experience testing software and reporting defects.
Prior experience creating test plans of systems and components is a must.
Automated test development, ability to troubleshoot automated tests in overnight build pipeline
Test development against scrum team work items
BS (Computer Science, EE, ME, IE, Physics) with three (3) years of experience required or seven (7) plus years of related experience.
Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and the eligibility to possibly gain a Top Secret SCI clearance.
Preferred
Prior experience in the Mission Assurance Decision System Support (MADSS) project is a plus.
Experience in test automation, particularly TestCafe Studio, Selenium, Cucumber, and other similar tools.
Ability to understand JavaScript, with the ability to write JavaScript highly preferred.
Knowledge of C#, Ruby, and SQL.
Technical certs a plus
