Responsibilities

Works closely with the Human Resources/Finance teams, along with other groups, to ensure requirements are understood and documented.

Supports day-to-day tasks by interacting with users, resolving basic Workday issues using troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Maintains a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members.

Provides a positive customer experience for users seeking support.

Follows and enforces security, compliance, and departmental policies to protect Protected Health Information and Personal Information.

Documents issues, solutions, and interactions accurately.

Efficiently utilizes available resources like community and knowledge articles, conducts research, interacts with, and escalates to other support personnel to resolve issues.

Acts as the first point of triage for all incoming incidents and access requests for the BAS team.

Adheres to company KQI’s and SLA commitments towards clients.

Routes complex issues to the next level of support promptly for further investigation when appropriate and alerts management to recurring issues.

Tracks and completes projects and initiatives in addition to regular workload.

Adapts to change and responds quickly to escalated incidents.

Takes on responsibilities that may fall outside of the job scope as required by demonstrating willingness to learn and support other applications as needed.

Required

3+ years of hands-on Workday experience

Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional industry certifications preferred

Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population

A commitment to the values of the organization while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, patience and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), especially Excel and related computer software

Consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality

Work in an exciting, fast-paced high-energy environment while effectively multitasking and managing day-to-day responsibilities without supervision

Personable; able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization

Excellent verbal and writing communication skills; frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy

Must be highly detail-oriented

Strong interpersonal skills

2+ years of demonstrable hands-on Workday administration and support experience on scalability to explain technical concepts to end users

Demonstrated experience working with Workday security

In-depth knowledge of Workday foundational concepts, business processes, functional application of modules such as HCM (Human Capital Management), Compensation, Talent, Absence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work without immediate supervision
