Responsibilities

Partnering with sales leadership to identify key accounts, as well as key influencers and decision makers within these accounts.
Researching key (high-value) accounts and designing campaigns specifically for them, making every touchpoint along the buyer’s journey highly personalized.
Creating and managing state microsites by understanding the market in the state and working across multiple groups to develop and maintain an effective site.
Working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, regional (field) marketing, relationship marketing, and marketing operations to establish campaign workflows.
Working with national marketing to understand programs and components to see how they impact sampling.
Staying updated with national campaigns to determine if states should be included or excluded based on state adoptions.
Producing weekly reports on campaign performance and providing recommendations for optimization.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field highly preferred.
5+ years in a Marketing, Demand Generation role.
Experience with Marketing Automation Tools and Technology.
Ability to keep collateral update in SharePoint for campaigns
The ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and other stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.
Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills.
The ability to translate business requirements into action plan and deliverables.
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
