Responsibilities

Drive and execute the marketing strategy, aligning with company goals, and collaborating with agency partners, product, and operations for cohesive efforts.
Manage the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns to ensure NextSense’s brand is powerfully reflected throughout the customer journey.
Create, schedule, and post social media assets, primarily across Instagram, and LinkedIn for the company and for the CEO.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media, content marketing, PR, influencers, and online advertising, utilizing both in-house resources and external partners.
Collaborate with agency partners to develop marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Track and analyze key performance metrics and insights, identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to develop strategy and campaign initiatives to optimize performance
Develop monthly reports for the Board of Directors outlining progress of KPIs

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with demonstrated success in supporting brand growth and new product launch and adoption. Wearable experience is preferred.
Strong writing skills for creating content across presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth in a dynamic start-up environment.

Prior start-up experience
Background in consumer health, wellness and/or wearables.
