Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements to ensure feature parity between existing and new enrollment and licensing systems.
Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders and customer success managers.
Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team.
Develop and maintain the critical path for product development, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the project timeline and propose mitigation strategies.
Design and implement a communication strategy to inform customers about the migration process to Amplify Services.
Create communication materials, including FAQs, user guides, and training sessions, to support customer understanding and adoption.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure all teams are informed and aligned on project progress and requirements.
Serve as a liaison between the product development team and other departments to ensure cohesive project execution.
Monitor and track the progress of product and engineering milestones.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Report on project status, including key achievements and any deviations from the plan.
Create comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the project, including requirements, processes, and deliverables.
Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.

Required
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the education technology sector.
Strong project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
