Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data sources, and ensure accuracy and relevance of insights.
Create efficient data models, DAX calculations, and queries to optimize performance and usability of Power BI solutions.
Implement best practices in data visualization, ensuring intuitive and actionable insights for end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources and maintain data integrity.
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions as needed.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI & Alteryx features, tools, and trends, and recommend improvements or enhancements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with expertise in developing complex Power BI solutions.
Proficiency in SQL is a must, utilizing MS SQL.
ETL tools such as Alteryx is a must.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Certification in Power BI or related technologies is a must.
Preferred
Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, M, and SQL with the ability to optimize queries and data transformation processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
