Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Oversee the planning and execution of facility upgrades and improvements. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure that projects meet safety standards and operational requirements.

Assist with the analysis to determine the need for new manufacturing equipment and processes. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to evaluate, select, and implement new technologies that enhance production efficiency and capacity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any issues that arise.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are aligned with financial goals and constraints. Track and report on project costs and financial performance.
