Responsibilities

Establish and implement quality standards for products and services.

Facilitate site quality management system IAW AS9100D.

Lead and perform internal audits IAW AS9100D standard requirements.

Oversee the quality assurance team and train employees on quality procedures.

Handle quality reports and documentation, monitor product testing, and analyze quality assurance data.

Solicit feedback from customers, submit detailed reports to leadership, and work with suppliers to ensure quality.

Implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis.

Required

An active DoD Secret Clearance.

5 yrs. experience Quality Management Experience with a BA/BS degree Or Associates Degree and 6 years’ experience.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

In depth understanding of quality control procedures and processes.

Experience in statistical data and root cause analysis methods.

Outstanding communication skills.

Conscientious and responsible.

Experience in supervising personnel; inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance as necessary.

Preferred

Facilitate site quality management system IAW AS9100D.

Lead and performs internal audits IAW AS9100D standard requirements.
