Responsibilities
Manage new and ongoing product lines to ensure quality products are delivered on time to the customer
Work with 10-15 cross-functional team members in a collaborative way to achieve company goals
Drive assigned activities toward achieving scope, quality, and financial objectives
Assist department with tactical duties in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling programs/initiatives
Interpret policies and procedures, making enhancements as needed
Drive successful project closure and hand-off to functional departments

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science
1+ years of program/project management experience in a technical/engineering background, OR
1+ years of production planning in a fast-paced environment
MRP/ERP systems familiarity
