Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and motivate internal/external freelance designers to produce high-level design work.
Develop and execute innovative design strategies across marketing campaigns, digital media, and product packaging.
Ensure design consistency across all customer touchpoints and maintain high visual quality standards.
Manage projects from concept to execution while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Stay updated with design trends and technologies to drive design innovation.
Maintain post-project reviews to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and external agencies for cohesive visual storytelling.
Work with other creative teams to develop campaign strategies and timelines.
Ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, typography, and visual concept development.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design tools.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A strong understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
Preferred
Experience in the apparel or fashion industry.
Film photography experience.
Understanding of digital advertising and social media trends.
Background in working with e-commerce brands.
