Responsibilities

Lead the development of the Intelligent Range product, a key feature for Ford's EV customers.

Drive the design, development, testing, and operation of systems that power the Intelligent Range product.

Shape the technical direction of Intelligent Range for a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to integrate data and algorithms into the Intelligent Range system.

Utilize Big Data principles to handle the vast amounts of data involved in the product.

Required

B.S. in Computer or Software Engineering or related degree; or foreign equivalency degree, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.

5+ years of software engineering experience

3+ years experience developing complex applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Spring Boot, Java APIs, Python, Golong, and microservices.

Preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience helping troubleshoot application and performance issues

Deep understanding of cloud systems and their integration.

Passionate about staying current with the latest technologies and contributing to the technical direction of the company.

Strong advocate for customer-centric design and development.
