Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to operations to assist in the assurance of high quality services
Tracking trends, developing reports and gathering information
Conducting investigations, documenting findings and finalizing conclusions with written reports
Implementing and assisting in corrective action plans and tracking completion and compliance
Providing administrative, management and programmatic support throughout the organization in order to assist in the assurance of high quality services
Compliance, quality assurance initiatives, reporting, investigations, as well as fostering consistent and productive management practices
Expected to travel at least once a month in the Denver-Colorado Springs area

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and three years experience in a related field, as determined by the senior director.
Knowledge of governing rules and regulations.
Excellent decision-making, time management, research and writing skills.
Must have proven communication, and project management skills; must be independent, responsible, mature, and flexible.
Basic computer skills required.
Preferred
Prior experience conducting investigations preferred.
Prefer experience/familiarity with procedures and rules for all relevant rules and regulations of all applicable state and federal departments.
