Responsibilities

Own the design for all platforms: desktop web, mobile web, and mobile app (iOs and Android).

Collaborate closely with Head of Product, CEO, and CTO to set best practices and culture for product design.

Decide on hiring and recruiting designers in the future.

Work on creating designs for a wide range of users, including those with disabilities.

Ensure consistent designs across platforms and build reusable component libraries.

Design pages to drive conversion rates and core KPIs.

Required

You have at least 5 years of digital product design experience

You have at least 5 years UI/UX experience

You have at least 3 years SaaS experience

You have a familiarity or a strong interest in holistic healthcare and wellness.

You have a proven ability to work closely with engineering, product, and senior leaders to create a seamless user experience.

You are skilled in creating designs for a wide range of users, including those with disabilities.

You have strong visual storytelling abilities and can effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

You have a growth mindset

You have the desire and capacity to own all of our designs across all platforms, as well as being responsible for ensuring consistent designs across platforms (including proactively building out reusable component libraries, etc.)

You take the time to understand our users and design with them in mind

You take a data-driven approach and can design pages to drive conversion rates and our core KPIs
